COTAB AFC P+
Description
COTAB AFC P+ Manufacturer from Ahmedabad.
With advanced pharmaceutical coating technology, we offer Cotab AFC P+ Moisture Barrier Coating System, specially developed for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical tablets requiring enhanced moisture protection and improved stability.
Cotab AFC P+ is formulated using a PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) and Lecithin based polymer system designed to provide excellent film formation, smooth tablet surface finish, and effective moisture barrier properties.
The coating system helps protect moisture-sensitive formulations by reducing moisture uptake during storage and handling. It provides an elegant appearance, improved tablet stability, and consistent coating performance through aqueous coating processes.
Cotab AFC P+ is reconstituted at 15–20% concentration and provides recommended coating weight gain of 2.5% to 4.0%, depending on formulation requirements and desired protection level.
The coating system is suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturers looking for reliable moisture barrier protection with smooth and uniform film application.
